Working Group Meeting in Lyon, France
Registration Deadline - June 20, 2022
Please join FieldComm Group in Lyon for the second Working Group meeting of 2022. This will be a face-to-face event, with opportunities to connect remotely for select Working Groups.

Working Group meetings will be conducted on Monday - Thursday. We plan on conducting a 2-3 hour workshop on Friday, the topic of which may be decided by you! On the registration form you will see the proposed topics for this workshop and you can suggest your own topic as well. We will announce the final topic once we have enough "votes".

There will also be two social events - Monday evening reception and a cultural event on Sunday preceding the meeting. These events are free of charge for members to attend, and you are invited to attend any or all of them.

Working Group Meetings – July 18-21
Working Group meetings provide an opportunity for marketing and technical professionals to meet over multiple days and contribute to the development of specifications, tooling, market education and strategic direction of FieldComm Group. See Preliminary Agenda.
Workshop  – July 22
We plan on conducting a workshop for the benefit of attending members on Friday, July 22. We are asking members for suggestions of the topics they are interested in. Currently we have these two topics proposed:
  • Developing HTML 5 UIPs for FDI Device Packages
  • Developing a PA-DIM® server
If you are interested in attending a workshop and learn about HTML 5 UIPs or how to develop a PA-DIM server, please indicate this on the registration form. You will also be offered to suggest your own topic of interest. 
Social Events
Welcome Reception – Monday, July 18 (6:00pm - 7:30pm)
We will hold a reception for the WG meeting participants on Monday, July 18. The reception will be held at the hotel and will feature world renowned French cuisine and beverages. It's a great time to say hello to your fellow members and meet new meeting participants.
Cultural Event – Sunday, July 17
We are organizing a cultural event on Sunday - final details to be announced and posted on the Whova App, at which point participants will be able to sign up to attend. It will most likely be a half-day event.
Hotel Information
The upcoming meeting will be held at the MERCURE Lyon Centre Saxe Lafayette hotel. The hotel room rate is 140 Euro (an average rate for 6 nights), which includes a complimentary daily breakfast buffet, internet and all taxes and fees. Our block dates are July 16 (check in) - July 23 (check out).

The hotel reservation link will be provided once a registration form is completed (button below). The hotel reservation deadline is June 20, 2022. After this date our special room rate may no longer be available. If you plan on going to this meeting, please make your reservation before the deadline.
