License Acknowledgement

The SDC-625 Source Code license agreement contains the following requirement:

Licensee will cause its product to print and display an announcement as follows: “THIS IS A PRODUCT OF [LICENSEE] AND CONTAINS FCG SDC-625 TECHNOLOGY. THE FCG SDC-625 TECHNOLOGY IS OWNED BY FIELDCOMM GROUP (FCG), 9430 RESEARCH BLVD., SUITE 1-120 AUSTIN, TEXAS 78759, AND MAY NOT BE ADOPTED, COPIED, REPRODUCED, MODIFIED, LICENSED, SUBLICENSED, SOLD OR RESOLD OTHER THAN UNDER LICENSE FROM FCG.”;

For purposes of meeting this licenses term, the statement can be included as part of product documentation where other 3rd party licenses are acknowledged.
