Where can I get the DD and CFF for the ITK Test Function Block?

The newer versions of the TFB (Test Function Block) firmware (rev 3.0+) require the use of Device Descriptions to operate properly.

The zip file attached can be downloaded and then import the files into your dd directory. This directory is determined by the NI Interface Configurator Utility.
