Why am I not receiving emails from FieldComm Group?

FieldComm Group Members should do the following to troubleshoot why they are not receiving announcements:


  • Verify that the sender email is not blocked "member@news.fieldcommgroup.org"
  • Try re-subscribing using your corporate email address
  • If your corporate email has changed, please contact us by opening a ticket to update your contact information


Please note that certain emails are sent to specific Member Contacts, i.e. the Voting Contacts receive ballots. It is important to maintain these contacts as part of your membership. Please contact us when you need to update your Membership Contact List.
