FieldComm Group manages the distribution of technical specifications for FOUNDATION Fieldbus and HART Communication Protocols, in addition to the FDI Technical Specifications. Previously, the sites "hcfmember.org" and "forums.fieldbus.org" contained member access pages where technical documents were stored. The specifications have been moved to a centralized site shared by all of FCG's technologies. The following article describes the steps to obtain access to the technical specifications.
Request ShareFile Access
Members receive access to the HART Protocol Specifications, FOUNDATION Fieldbus Technical Specifications, FDI Technical Specifications, and FDT Specifications by requesting access via a Support Ticket.
- Go to https://support.fieldcommgroup.org/support/tickets/new to create a Support Ticket.
- Complete the required fields:
3. You will receive an activation email to access the ShareFile site managing access to the technical specifications.
4. Once you have activated the account, log on to https://fieldcommgroup.sharefile.com Go to "Shared Folders" to review or download PDFs of the technical specifications.
Request Workspace Access
Members that participate in Working Groups can download technical specifications on FieldComm Group Workspace. (Account required) Use the filter on the left to find the specifications you need.
