FieldComm Group will be hosting the Annual Member Meeting on February 14, 2024. This meeting will be virtual and will feature a CEO report on the state of FieldComm Group, updates on our core technologies and initiatives as well as other informative presentations. Our new directors will be elected and announced at this meeting. We ask all voting members to kindly cast an electronic vote today using our DocuSign service. You should have received a separate email (and several reminders) from DocuSign that looks like this:

The nominating committee has confirmed that there are 5 board positions standing for election this year and have secured 5 nominations for those positions. All 5 nominations are current board members seeking re-election. There were no additional nominations presented by the membership. The nominees seeking election for a two year term are:

- Steve Armstrong – Emerson
- Raj Bandekar – Honeywell International
- Hartmut Klocker – Siemens AG
- Seiichiro Takahashi – Yokogawa Electric Corporation
