WirelessHART Test System Update Available Now FieldComm Group has released an update for WirelessHART development tools

Dear FCG, FieldComm Group is excited to announce the release of version 1.9 of the WirelessHART Test System. The WirelessHART® Test System package includes two wireless access points and the following software produced on the Linux operating system: the test automation, application layer verification and analysis software for the evaluation of a device’s conformance to the HART Communication Protocol. The WirelessHART® Test System plays an integral part in the WirelessHART Device Registration program, ensuring device interoperability of both wired and WirelessHART-enabled devices. What's New? Important features in this release include:   Wireless Application Layer Tests are decoupled from commercial gateways and now use the HART-IP Server and the Wireless Access Point for execution. The System Level Tests still rely on a commercial gateway.   Improvements made to TDMA-Mesh Layer Scripts and Wi-HTest messaging. Obtaining Version 1.9  New Purchases – Customers purchasing the WirelessHART development tools will receive the hardware and software to install on their HART Test System.
