How do I obtain a Basic Subscription?
A Basic Subscription is offered as a benefit of Membership with FieldComm Group. One subscription is available per primary member company. You may contact Technical Support to inquire about availability before placing an order online.
How do I obtain a Commercial Subscription?
A Full Subscription to DD-STAT can be purchased from FieldComm Group and it includes all functionality of the Basic Subscription, with the added benefit of reduced Testing Service Fees when the DD-STAT reports are submitted with the product for registration.
Can I purchase a bundle of seats?
Yes. There are bundles of 10-seats available when ordering online.
How can I run DD-STAT in my build pipeline?
There is a pipeline version available as of version 1.1.0, this is included in the bundles of 10-seats.
Where can I find Testing Service Fee information?
The current Testing Service Fees are published on our Support Portal.
