Helpful Information Before You Begin

Running the eLearning Center in multiple browsers or windows/tabs concurrently is not supported. Doing so may result in unexpected behavior. 


Manipulating browser cookies can cause issues with the normal execution of the online course operations.


Verify Adobe Flash and Javascript are enabled for your browser.  


If you are using a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, the eLearning Center cannot guarantee the expected functionality and performance. You may encounter unexpected behavior or performance issues (i.e. videos freezing or crashing).


Please make sure that your browser is updated to the latest version before submitting a support request.
