Updated Specification Available – Process Automation Device Information Model: PA-DIM® Corrigendum for PA-DIM Developers FieldComm Group is excited to announce the availability of the updated specification for a Process Automation Device Information Model (PA-DIM). Members can download the specification and the related nodeset files by logging on to ShareFile (https://fieldcommgroup.sharefile.com).  This edition replaces PA-DIM Edition 1.0.0 as a corrigendum release according to Technical Development policy, PD10014 Edition 1.2.  Important Updates  ValueRank of MultiStateDiscreteSignalVariableType changed from ValueRank ‘Any’ to ValueRank ‘Scalar’. Furthermore, ValueRank of some Variables changed from ‘Scalar’ to ‘Any’ in Tables 24, 27, 29, 37, 42 and 46. This is also corrected within the associated nodeset files.  The ‘References’ column was removed from Table 67 - NamespaceMetadata Object for this Specification due to a new template version.   Due to the update of the PA-DIM Technical Specification, the corresponding values for ‘NamespaceVersion’ and ‘NamespacePublicationDate’ in Table 67 - NamespaceMetadata Object for this Specification and associated nodeset files were updated.  FieldComm Group Members can download the latest PA-DIM Technical Specification and related nodeset files by logging on to FieldComm Group’s ShareFile website.
