Technical Support

The preferred method of contacting FieldComm Group is through our managed support system.  The support site  https://support.fieldcommgroup.org is active 24/7, with both self-help and personalized support.  Staff continue to monitor and respond to all support questions.


Testing Services

Testing services are operating at normal service levels.


Working Groups

Working Group activity supported on FieldComm Workspace https://workspace.fieldcommgroup.org continues .  Working Group meetings have been running virtually, but we look forward to bringing back face-to-face meetings when conditions permit.


Order Processing

All orders are being fulfilled at normal service levels.


RMA Handling

RMA processing is handled through our support portal https://support.fieldcommgroup.org.  To ensure proper processing, only send RMA products when explicitly instructed through the RMA portal.

These services are not expected to be impacted.


Training Courses

Students will be notified in advance of any changes.
