If you are using Windows 8 or 10 in 64-BIT this does not apply to you.
If you are using Windows 8 or Windows 10 on a 32-Bit operating system you will need to complete a few extra steps to ensure the correct ff_its.ini file is installed on your system. By default, the ff_its.ini file points to the 64-Bit installation directory:
To correct the configuration in Windows 8 or 10, please download the attached "ff_its.ini" file and overwrite the existing file. By default, ITS is installed to C:\Program Files\Foundation Fieldbus\ITS on a 32-Bit operating system.
