HART EDD Additional Testing Fees for Redefinitions of Standard Objects

There are a few REDEFINEs which are necessary to the EDD development, such as:

• device_type string
• manufacturer_id  string
• private_label_distributor string
• device_specific_status_* (i.e. Command 48 Bit Enumerations), Label/Help strings

However, a REDEFINE applied to standard objects requires additional resources to test and qualify for registration, this includes standard objects such as:

• VARIABLE
• LABEL
• HELP
• TRANSACTION

The current fee is posted in Testing and Registration Fees.  The additional testing fee applies to each test campaign submitted to FieldComm Group.
