A Tool Owner is the current contact who is given access to relevant updates during an active maintenance period (PSP) and receives announcements regarding the tool. 


To change the ownership of a licensed tool, the new owner must submit a ticket and provide the following information in the ticket Details:

  • Serial Number of the tool
  • License Number of the tool (if applicable)
  • Previous Owner's name and email address
  • New Owner's name and email address
