For Command 48, our device does not have additional status, and thus do not have a method to trigger/clear the “More Status Available” bit. Will this be a problem?

Our device does not have a method for Write Protection (i.e. we don't have a jumper or switch that can be selected to enable write protection) - will this be a problem?
Write protection is optional, so this is not a problem.  Byte 15 of command 15 must return the value 251, None, when write protect is not implemented.
